During my time with Karl Strauss Brewing Company I was responsible for the development and construction of the Brewpub Division. I managed the design, permitting, construction and opening of brewpubs across Southern California along with the design and ongoing maintenance of existing locations.

I was responsible for managing commercial kitchen installation projects in a variety of industries including hospitality, business and education. Each project involved building and maintaining relationships with contractors, clients, and equipment suppliers to ensure that the projects were completed on time and in accordance with contract specifications.
