As a leader with 20+ years of experience, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about hitting budgets or deadlines—it’s about the people you collaborate with and the meaning behind the work you do.

After scaling my own consulting business and managing $30 million in commercial and residential projects throughout my career, I’ve proven my ability to lead teams, deliver results, and bring calm to complex environments. I’m especially passionate about working with values-driven teams that prioritize integrity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
I know firsthand the challenges of balancing leadership with day-to-day operations and I bring that insight to every team I support. I thrive on fostering strong relationships and driving results with integrity and kindness.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, functional health, and enjoy exploring the outdoors with my dogs. When I'm not being active, you’ll find me trying new restaurants or listening to live music with friends.
In my spare time I volunteer with children and adults with disabilities in adaptive sports, including gymnastics, flag football, and adaptive mountain biking. I enjoy giving back to the community and making a positive impact where I can.​
